The mind and body are mutual components but independent of each other. The cerebral mind is the center of command while the body does all of the grunt work. Often, the body does not obey commands and acts upon itself. This can be evidenced when you fall asleep unexpectedly. I myself must have more control over myself, so I could actually do work and get through college. Dissidence will result in failure of any kind.

that isn't dissidence, that's low battery! lol
do your body a favor and charge it up. I know sleep is an inefficient charger, but maybe you can practice ludid dreaming. that way, you can dream about your school work productively and get bodily rest.
